| When dirty coolant
is induced from machine, chip & sludge is settled
by specially manufactured magnet plate attached
to the bottom of CONV' and discharged to chip box
by scraper and clean water is sent to clean tank
by overflow guide and resupplied to machine by pump. |

Magnet
plate is made of STS cover so that its structure
is free from scratch of scraper.
Its
structure is organized to maximize the prevention
of whirlpool, which occurs when dirty water is induced
to CONV'. |
